About

Rocket Motorcycles started as a partnership in 1980. One of the partners, John West, was killed in a racing accident that same year. The other, Mark McCaffrey continued on as sole proprietor. In 1989, Rocket Motorcycles took over Motorcycle Equipment, a Landmark British specialist shop and former BSA, Vincent and Velocette dealership, dating from 1948. In 1994, Rocket Motorcycles was awarded a Triumph Dealership, in 2005 a Husaberg Dealership, and in 2010 a Royal Enfield Dealership. Staff knowledge of these lines is very high in sales, parts and service.
